The Woodworking Dust Collector (Woodworking Dust Collector) is an explosion-proof system designed for the flammable characteristics of wood dust.
It integrates cyclone separation and pulsed cartridge filtration technology, effectively capturing wood chips, sanding powder and lacquer mist in the 0.1-5 mm range.
The system utilises an anti-static coated filter cartridge (MERV15/99.97% efficiency) and a 22kW frequency conversion fan linkage, ensuring precise dust management
through an 18-22m/s air velocity pipe network. It is equipped with a triple explosion-proof mechanism, including spark detection, pressure relief valve and settlement
chamber, in accordance with the NFPA 68 explosion-proof standard. The intelligent PLC system automatically adjusts the air volume (8000-25000m³/h) according to the
equipment's working conditions, maintaining constant pressure in the duct (1500Pa), and enabling dust enclosed transport and separation.
The working area is ≤1mg/m³ (OSHA standard), making it suitable for use in furniture and musical instrument manufacturing, among other applications.
The system simultaneously reduces noise to 75dB(A), offering both high-efficiency purification and intrinsically safe protection.
The woodworking dust collector offers numerous significant advantages, including efficient dust removal and the collection of fine particles such
as sawdust and paint dust, ensuring a clean workspace. This benefits not only the air quality, with a reduction in airborne dust, but also the health of workers,
in addition to compliance with safety regulations. Its customisable design adapts to various workshop layouts and production needs, while its low maintenance
costs are due to the durability of its filters and its powerful fan system, which minimises downtime and maintenance costs. The woodworking dust collector also
increases productivity by maintaining a dust-free environment, allowing for an uninterrupted workflow and greater efficiency. In addition, it has a proven ability
to be environmentally friendly, preventing dust contamination and promoting a greener, safer workplace.
